How are the nail sets packed to prevent damage? Nail art and delicate embellishments require secure protection. Every Orlunesse set is mounted firmly inside a durable, dust-proof acrylic storage case, wrapped in elegant tissue paper, and shipped inside a protective padded bubble mailer to guarantee your crystals, charms, and glossy finishes arrive completely flawless.

Can I track my shipment? Absolutely. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an automated email containing a secure tracking number so you can track your Orlunesse package straight to your mailbox.

Sizing & Application

How do I choose the right nail size? Getting a perfect fit is easy! You can find our step-by-step sizing guide on every product page, which shows you how to measure your natural nail bed with a piece of tape and a ruler. If you are between sizes, we always recommend sizing down for a more natural look at the cuticle line.

How long do Orlunesse press-on nails stay on? It all depends on your application method! Using our premium temporary nail adhesive tabs will give you a perfect hold for 1-3 days (ideal for weekend events or switching styles quickly). For a long-lasting, salon-tight wear of 2-3 weeks, apply our professional-grade, high-bonding nail glue.

Are the nails reusable? Yes, 100%! If you apply your Orlunesse nails using adhesive tabs, they can be reused multiple times. If you use nail glue, you can still reuse them by gently buffering away any residual glue build-up from the back of the false nail after safe removal.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? Due to strict hygiene and sanitary regulations regarding personal care items, we accept returns only on completely unopened, unused, and factory-sealed nail sets in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
